How to emerge as a positive person
It’s our attitude that decides our lifestyle. Our attitude is developed when our understanding is based on imaginations of our mind. Time and again, we adopt positive and negative attitudes, which help us further shape our thinking about someone or the world. Based on the state of mind, we are divided into three categories: First, those who imagine and then create problems for themselves. They do not even do anything before starting and till the ending of something. They are like those cars which never start on without a push. People falling in the second category are those people who, after being inspired, commence something quite excitedly but then they accept their defeat before time. The third type of people is of those people who are never afraid of challenges and problems. The more they face challenges, the more they get inspired to complete their work.
The negativity or negative tendency can develop in spite of being successful. There can be any reason of such negativity. Remember that (1) you are responsible for your attitude and, (2) your attitudes shape up your thoughts. (3) Your thoughts decide how you see the world and, (4) you experience the world the way you see it. (5) You bring the same qualities in your life that you have learned through your experience.
We have heard from youngsters and teenagers that they knew everything before taking an exam but the time they really took that exam, everything was just vanished from their minds. We face similar problems because of our attitude. People with negative tendency keep thinking about negative things and, they apply the same in their life. They build up their negative tendency or attitude such big as people with positive attitude or tendency feel influenced with them. This is how negative people neither want to do something nor do they want anyone to do anything.
The negative attitude is simply the result of one’s physical, emotional and intellectual weak personality. Physical ability can be enhanced by having proper food and taking regular exercise. Some people are seen addicted to fitness and to achieve better shape they torture their body. This may work but at the end, people like this become irritated and when someone suggests them for their betterment, they take it negatively. This is also a negative attitude and, it’s single reason is that they are not having proper diet which is distressing them with their family members and workplace-colleagues. Good foods help you get out all your negativities from your life. Emotional stamina is also very important. We can find emotional power in some important aspects of life like God, Guru and in our thought. Devote yourself to all these things with all your fair participation. Keep arguments away because no one reaches to a conclusion for a problem. It’s only love and affection that can remove problems from your life.
When we put all our efforts in a work then the most important thing isn’t that we complete this work even when there are several hurdles, but it’s that despite several hurdles, the work is done, through the requisite process. Try to know how things and tasks are made possible. Remember that life isn’t all about succeeding, but it’s about the ability with which we pass through successes and failures. We enjoy our successes and learn from failures. When we become efficient in the art of learning from failures then this tendency takes us to success. To fail seems like negative but to succeed in future, we need to have positive attitude towards all our failures. When these three aspects of our life develop in a systematic way, they build up self-confidence or internal strengths within us. The blend of positivity with inner strength becomes the basis of what we do, say and how we behave. According to Mundaka Upanishad, cowards never discover tr?> Success isn’t for weak. Your tendency becomes positive when you have physical strength, emotional beauty and intellectual capacity. When you live your life with this positive attitude, success cannot rest away of you.
